They entered to find the usual set up. People working in the outer room,
and an inner room that was dimly lit with sparse decor- a table and a set
of
chairs. On the way to the back room Tom nodded to one of the workers who
began some task...

"Take a seat. We will be joined by our piggy friend shortly. But in the
mean time, what can I do for you?"
"I figured that now was a good time to continue the conversation that we
started on the Promenade before we had that interruption." KTael was not
sure that he liked the idea of considering his superior officer an
interruption, but it fit the situation.
"Duty must call some time. Well I do not want to spoil the pudding, if
you will, by telling you too much before she comes in, but she has some
additional material that will be of use to you. She was quite happy to
give it to you, and was understandably upset when you were called away."
tom answered
"I appreciate her assistance in this matter. I could do no other and not
place her in danger of being found out."
I
t was now that she walked in, stink and all. "Welcome back, Commander. I
trust that we will not have any further interruptions...." she said
snidely.

"Cool your jets, ugly. He is here now, and let's not waste his
time." Tom replied.

"Fine." she huffed. "I got some recordings from my ship that you
will be very interested in. I got a pair of very important people talking
about the Allisandrin case. About how a young tramp of a girl had fouled
up some plans because she was discovered. How things have gotten out of
control bring the operation to Spacedock. That an assult and a murder on
the station was not partof the bargin..... Oh by the way, one of your
friends was there too.... Captain Allisandrin." she reported, rather
pleased with her self.
K"Tael thought he knew of the "trampy girl" being described by Piggy. He
wondered what specifically the operation included. "You are right. I am
very interested in the recordings. They would be the first physical evidence
we have in the case. The rest of what we have is primarily testimony from
others involved."
