Lt. Theodore Lewis was taking leave forthe next three days- wife had a
baby earlier that morning.
Lt. Sally Horner was out on Mars interviewing a client in the Brig
at Utpoia Planetia.
Specialist Dunn was off station- went to San Francisco to do some
research in the law library........
