"Let's add something to the case file, not let's create a separate
case file that only Dunn would have access to. Add something like an
application for a search warrent. When it hits the news we know who is the
leak. In fact we could do the same thing for multiple people. That way we
would be likely to find multiple leaks, if they exist. The catch is that we
must be very careful with what we put in there, and how those bogus files
are secured. We do not want person A to get person d's file... if you know
what I mean."
