SPD: The Intell report

The analysis was very thorough.� Intell had not only identified the
female as a Rihanna named (ooc: insert name here), but connected her with
two of the most powerful families in the Rihannsu Senate.� Operatives had
noted an interesting connection between her arrival at various sites and
the tragic deaths of several enemies of those families.

There was also a notation that it was believed that one of the families
had been responsible for revelation that Admiral t'Llhweiir's grandmother
was actually Human.

K'Tael was not really all that surprised by the thoroughness of the report.  
Intell was not considered tobe sloppy by any means.  He was also not
surprised about the dramatics of Romulan politics and its involvement in the
case.  In someways, this all seemed to be related to the core value system of
the race.

He was surprised about the information that Admiral t'Llhweiir's grandmother
was human.  He had not known that.
