"Well, sir, I think that I might have identified the person who planted the
bomb on the shuttle carrying the Venasian representatives a few months backs.
 I would like to bring him in for questioning."

"He was the only one with the opportunity to plant the bomb.  He also had the
skills to do it, and I think I might have come across something that would
have given him a reason."

"After the questioning of a number of people that I did with Admiral Izata
and a talk with Admiral Lasiter, it has become clear that there is a division
in the Venasian society over their ties with the Federation.  The problem for
the divergent sect is that they are not allowed by cultural belief to harm
another of their own race.  They would have to get someone else to do the
dirty work for them."

records to see if he has had an influx of currency at about the time of the
