unnecessary.  Whatever your preconceptions of our people, admiral, we strive
to do the right thing.

I fear your people will not bungle this sufficiently for us to have the One
back in a black uniform.  While this is a pity for us, it does bode well for
the relations of our two peoples.

I wish you Honor, Admiral.  And suggest flame retardant underclothing for
your press conference.
