Once the line was closed Audra picked up a PADD and quickly downloaded
somerecent staff reports and turned her station over to a repacement before
heading down to the docking bay.
Commander Dais and his daughter stepped off the shuttle and made their way
down the corridor that would lead them to where they could disembark. The
Trill glanced around for a moment and noticed a young Starfleet officer not
to far off. She was wearing the pips of a Lieutenant Commander. He made
his way over to her with his daughter in tow.
"Welcome to Spacedock, sir. I am LCdr Audra Firehawk, Operations Manager.
Admiral Lasiter has asked me to welcome you to the station, and bring you up
to date on what is going on."
"Thank you, Ms. Firehawk. I am grateful to you for taking time out of what
must be a very busy schedule to greet me and my daugter." He looked to his
daughter. The smile brought about by the excitement of their new home was
brimming from her.
(Firehawk?"
