Afterall, he had them too and they did not impress him.
"Well, then I suggest that you make a good arrrgument forrr a
platoon orrr company sized grrroup from Cait being sent. All that needs to
be done is to ask the Clan Mikan for theirrr assistance, and no betterrr way
to honorrr them and boost theirrr honorrr than having the CinC of Starfleet
make a perrrsonal rrrequest. Who knows maybe this grrroup will need a
leaderrr. Perrrhaps therrre will be a need forrr an interrrface with the
Klingons durrring the trrraining. Maybe you could take anotherrr
'inspection tourrr' in that area....
Besides, someone has to 'officially' tell the CinC about all of
this."
