Matt wasn't expecting any visitors. He was even more surprised after the
computer answered his query as to who was darkening his door.

"Open," he told the computer, moving toward the doorway to greet the man. He
offered his hand. "Matt Brennan," he introduced himself.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Doctor. I am Commander Jonar Dais. It is a
pleasure to meet you, sir."

"Ahh, the new Spacedock XO. Welcome. What can I do for you, Commander?"

"I have come on request of Commander K'Tael and Admiral Renaud. It seems
that they have found a way to clear you in the attack on Admiral t'Llthweir.
They just need permission to access your communicator logs. They believe
with that information, they will have the information they need to remove
you from the proverbial spotlight."

"Of course you have it," he told him. "Anything that can help put this
behind us. What is it in the commlogs that they think can help?"

"From the way Cdr. K'Tael described it, they an identify your location and
your comm traffic at the time to identify your intentions and your ability
to have been the attacker. That along with some security camera footage and
the testimony of yourself and Admiral t'Llthweir seems to indicate that it
could not be you and may be some Romulan woman. A possible assassin if I
understand the discussion correctly."
