Dais knew that the Admiral has his own things to check out so he could
understood why he could not meet right away. He picked up the PADD he had
with the results from his own research and arrived a short time later at the
Security Office. He rang the chime and waited for K'Tael to invite him in.
The gruff voice of the Klingon Security Chief announced, "Enter."
Dais stepped into the Security Office and quickly made his way over to the
Klingon's desk.
Upon seeing the arrival of the Trill, K'Tael was quite pleased. Perhaps
things would start to come together with some of these cases. He had heard
the announcement from the new XO that pretty much made it clear that the
communicator information would be enough to clear the good doctor's name.
While that did not solve the case, it did remove a great deal of the strain
that the case was placing on the station and its command team.
"So, what do you have for me, Commander?" he asked.
Dais handed his PADD over. While the Klingon scanned over the report, he
summarized its comments. "It seems that the Doctor was not near the Admiral
when she was attacked. The communicator logs verify that."
