Henson started, "All in all we are in good shape. We could take
a shakedown cruise as early as in 12 days, but I would like to have a full 2
weeks. The crew is getting used to the ship just fine, but some of the
systems are quite a departure from a standard ship in service. As a result
it is taking just some time to become fully accustomed to them. CSO give
the Admiral your report."

The Security Chief began, "All systems are set and ready to go.
However, some of my team are green, very green. I am trying to shake some
of the sap out of them now with some serious drills, and exercises. They
may not be much now, but they will be ready, Sir."

The Captain resumed, "Our security Chief is a bit of a
perfectionist. CEO, please give your report."

Lauren's report was similar. The propulsion and power transfer
systems were all new to most of her crew. Some of the previous crew
remains, but the others are ramping up. There are a few stumbling points,
like her being new to the systems, but she is learning them very quickly.
She has a pair of Chief Petty Officers to help her out, and an old salt of a
Lieutenant to boot. Engineering will be ready.

Again Henson jumped in, "As Mr. Garibaldi and Commander Lasiter have
just been assigned I have a few things for them to do upon coming aboard. I
would have both learn the technology and the ship in their down time.
Commander Lasiter will have sciences and the watch officers to get ready
while Mr. Garibaldi takes care of Auxillery control and the shifts of the
bridge crew. That is if you do not object, Admiral Bedru."
