"First off Spacedock is under my command, of course supervised by Admiral 
Lasiter. However, I am Starfleet Security Chief and I have some latitude to 
perform my duties, especially under these circumstances. We need to make a 
plan and then I need to submit it to the Senior Ranks to get approval. If 
we have a common understanding on this goal, it could lead to better 
relations." He waited for an answer.
