>Golan Dulath was working at his desk when he heard the familiar whisk of
>Federation doors opening. He looked up and saw Ambassador D'amondra enter.
>With a smile, he quickly stood up and made his way over to her. "Gentrile
>tide, Madame Ambassador. I am honored that you have taken the time out of
>your busy day to meet with me this morning."
>

Salaar took his usual position by the door, while Celana answered Dulath.
"It is my pleasure, Ambassador. We haven't had much time to get acquainted
since your arrival here."
>
>"Take a seat," said the Cardassian as he indicated the seats in a small
>sitting area away from his desk. "Might I offer you a drink?"
>

"Vulcan tea, please."

>
>Dulath made his way to the replicator, placed and order and returned to sit
>with D'amondra. There were a number of PADDs sitting on the coffee table
>before them. "I have called you to discuss some serious news I have
>recently received from the Homeworld. I have concerns that it threatens
>both my people and this Quadrant's political stability."

"I'm sorry to hear about the threat on your people, Ambassador. What is the
situation?"

>"Have you heard any rumors that any of your people might be willing to work
>with the Obsidian Order?" Golan had decided to be blunt and throw
>everything on the table. His people had too often gotten into trouble by
>trying to obtain power and information through roundabout means.

Celana thought for a moment. "I have not heard any thing. Perhaps the
Venasian T'remea on Cardassia Prime would be a better source of such
information?"
