"Recognition of all kinds is part of the general plan. I plan on making open
recognition of both the good and the bad. Those that perform well will be rewarded
well. Those that do not will get something completely different. JAG is a special
case. They must be more sensative to the needs of field commanders, who they tend to
routinely rub the wrong way , while at the same time be strong investigators into the
corruption and other wrong doing that has been going on within Starfleet.
I know of Captain Boulay's work, and of the difficulties that he faces on a daily
basis. You can rest assured taht his reward will fit his mission and the difficulties
that come with it."
