K'Tael had returned to his office after his meeting with Lasiter, Renaud, and
Company when...

In strolls Captain Allisandrin, with her lawyer retired Admiral McKoy.

"Commander, I hope you have a few minutes, because I have some information
that will make you happy and fulfill my plea agreement." she says a matter
of factly.

The Klingon nodded. "In this instance, I can make time Captain. Please take
a seat," he said glancing toward Alisandrin and her lawyer. "Please begin
when you are ready."

"I can arrange to get a few suppliers on video talking about their dealings
with a serious smuggling organization. One that is run from this station.
These people know the all of the players. Soup to nuts... All you have to
do is record it, and relax." she continued.

Now her lawyer spoke up, "But there is a few things that we need from you
first."

K'Tael nodded. "I have no doubt that there would be, sir. What did you have
in mind?"

"First, I want her plea agreement in writing. That she will be treated as a
deep cover investigator or special informant. Her charges are limited to
accessory and conduct unbecoming an officer all that amount to a suspended
sentence and a discharge without comment. Basically what we had agreed to
with Boulay. Just I want it in writing. Second, I want someone in here to
take a deposition. I want it recorded, and all legal. In case anything
should go wrong my client can keep what is left of her good name. Once we
take care of that, we can move on your smugglars. You know those that are
invovled in the murder of ONeill and the attack on your Selara look alike."

"The first should not be a problem since it was already agreed upon in word.
I will talk to Mr. Boulay about having it formalized in writing. As for the
second part, a deposition would not be something I would be against. It
would help our case as well. Would Captain Allisandrin be willing to be
called to testify in court if it is necessary?" K'Tael was willing to give,
but he wanted Allisandrin and McKoy to realize he expected a fair deal for
both sides.

(response?)

David had returned to his office and walked down to K'Tael's to congratulate
him on the good work regarding the doctor. He walked in and looked up to be
facing the backsides of Allisandrin and McKoy to hear "You know those that
are involved in the murder of O'Neill and the attack on your Selara look
alike."

He smiled and said matter-of-factly, "You know, back in long-gone times,
statements like that would be considered racial epithets. Counselor,
Admiral." He nodded, "Is this a bad time Commander?"

The Klingon nodded. He was happy that Boulay had waited until the response
had been provided by McKoy before speaking up. "Please come in, sir. Your
involvement in our discussion would most likely save time." K'Tael
reiterated the conversation that had just been completed. (see above)

(reaction?)
