"Lasiter is high on the list. Rear Admiral Garibaldi and Admiral Renaud
are also possibilities. We have not spoken to our Venasian Contacts on this,
except to say that we plan on eliminating some of those that are seen as
fostering the allaince. They seemed to be pleased with the notion. They did
mention something about Lasiter, but I was not in the conversation. Pony was
the only one there. He has the most direct contact with the Fish People."
The statement confirmed what she and her team had overheard while waiting to
bring the group in. She glanced at Grimes. It seemed to her that they were
done with this guy and needed to bring "Pony" in.
Grimes took the hint.
"Just how do we find this Pony? What is his real name?" Grimes asked.
Charles was not so impressed... "I am not going to rat him out. He has
people everywhere, and would take me out. No way..."
Audra glanced at Charles with an eyebrow raised. "I believe that it is
already too late for that Charles. You already provided his name. You have
already finked him out. If you work with us, we can help protect you from
the repurcussions."
The thug and his lawyer suit whispered back and forth a bit.
"Add in a sentence reccommendtion making note of his cooperation, and it
is a deal." the lawyer finally answered.
Grimes answered, "Done."
They gave up the address..... on Spacedock...
