SPD: Boulay on a mission

>Most were convoy escort detail or patrols. The area that he wanted to go to

David plotted out the visiting of 2 patrol areas around the "off-limits" area that would either give him some information warranting an off-limits visit or not. He PADD'ed his thoughts and laid out his plan.
