David plotted out the visiting of 2 patrol areas around the "off-limits"
area that would either give him some information warranting an off-limits
visit or not. He PADD'ed his thoughts and laid out his plan.

One of the officers in the command center noticed Boulay, and walked over.

   "May I help you, sir?" the LCMR said politely.
