"The rebels here use a tried and true strategy, a dual fore. Part one is
overt- a well armed militia style force. Part two is covert, normal everyday
folk passing along information on troop movements, or working within our units
spying as they do anything from domestic work to secretarial work at any of
the major unit headquarters. My understanding of what the target was here,
was that a significant unit of the more overt folks was operating out of this
village. They could even be the villagers them selves. One tactic that I
have personally seen is that a village looks normal one day, then the next a
call comes in and they are on the other side of a killing field where our guys
or planetary defence forces are being cut down."
