K'Tael nodded. "I was thinking that we may be able to work together on our plans this evening. Our operations are both going to be occuring at the same time and, I would bet, with the same group of people. We may be able to work together and not only get Mr. Rivik, but also his associates as well. Do you think that you and Mr. Garibaldi would be interested in such?"

"I must admit that I had not made the connection when you discussed Captain Allisandrin's meeting, but it definitely seems like a good way to bring this case to a close. We may be able to give Admiral Lasiter the quick ending that he wants tonight."

K'Tael's desk sargent chimed in, "Commander K'Tael, LCMR Joseph Garibaldi is here to see you and Commander Dais. Shall I send him in?"

"Please do," K'Tael said simply in response.

"Yes sir." was the response, and a moment later the doors slid open.

"Afternoon fellas. I have some good news. We have a safety inspection all set with Ops. I spoke to the watch, and he will hold things up until we can get onboard. Once we are on, we are set." he said not knowing about any part fo the conversation that had just occurred.

Dais nodded at entrance. "Mr. K'Tael has just brought something to my attention that might be quite helpful in dealing with Rivik."

Dais turned toward K'Tael. "Since it is his idea, perhaps, he should be the one to tell you about it.

K'Tael was surprised to have the floor turned over to him. Dais was the highest ranking officer. It was clear that the Trill deferred to him when it came to security matters.

"I had a visit earlier from Captain Allisandrin. It seems she has a meeting tonight with Rivik and thinks some sort of transfer will be going on. I think that it might play into our investigation of the hand. It might help us bring in not only Mr. Rivik, but also some of his coharts."
