-The Venasian Ambassador on Vulcan has disappeared, the Embassy torched.

-The Venasian Ambassador on Betazed escaped an attack by military insurrectionists and has sought political asylum at the Federation offices on Betazed. The T'remea - Belria T'landran - has yet no specific information, but he does know they were Venasians attacking the ambassadorial compound.

-An outlying Venasian colony on Leskan VII (a small, uninteresting world with a chain of viable lakes) fought against the militants, not knowing who the mysterious attackers were. A few escaped the carnage and are now in hiding, but the peaceful colonists were otherwise all slaughtered.

-The Venasian ambassador to Romulus has disappeared.

-The Venasian ambassador on Kronos has gone into hiding.

-The Venasian ambassador on Cardassia Prime has sought - and been granted - political asylum from the Cardassian government.

-One of the few remaining Venasian warships, returning from a deep-space exploration mission, has disappeared.
