know that we are watching events closely out there. Make sure that they
understand that they are to take whatever action is deemed reasonable and
necessary to secure the safe return of Captain Boulay, a member of Starfleet
Command. Tell them that SF Command wants complete reports every 12 hours on
all activity in the police action, including efforts to find out the location
and status of Captain Boulay and his contingent of Marines."
