>David watched as she left and then walked out the door He ran for the door and ran out with his hands up-he tripped and fell to his knees, seeing a man fall from a >phaser shot nearby. "I AM A STARFLEET CAPTAIN! DO NOT SHOOT ME! I AM A STARFLEET CAPTAIN!" The pain rippled through his chest as he got to his >feet and ran for a group of people he saw in uniform, praying they wouldn't shoot him.

>Unfortunately for David, the noise was too loud for him to be heard, especially in his weakened condition, and he was wearing a rebel uniform.
>But he did have his hands up, so the phaser shot that hit him was only a stun blast. At least the pain stopped...

David collapsed again....

>When he woke up, he was still in his rebel uniform, now dirty and smelling of smoke, and was once more alone in a room, although this one was warm and he was >on an actual cot attached to the wall. There was a sink and a toilet on the other side of the room, and the steel-grey walls seemed to be somewhat more relaxing >than the cut-stone walls of his former prison. It was an upgrade, to be certain. He hurt just as much, but at least he was hurting in style. The doorway was a >stasis field; an upgrade from the wooden door. Beyond lay a hallway that opened onto other cells, at the end of which was a man in planetary defense uniform, a >"Mag" as Marina had called them. He was filling out paperwork at his desk.

He stood and went over to the sink and cleaned himself off...the ribs hurt but it was better...boy did he have evidence of wrongdoing for Lasiter....after cleaning himself up as much as he could he went to the stassis field, "Guard...guard....my name is Captain Boulay, Starfleet...I was with Captain Mentz and First Sargent Johansen when we were captured. Please tell the Company CO so i can be released...I need to check in with my superior."
