Lorin sent the Council cancellation and passed the request to his secretary to schedule the reception before heading to Sickbay.
Once there he approached a nurse, "Is Dr. Brennan available for a brief moment?" Matt was walking out of an exam room with a patient as Lorin was speaking with the nurse.
