rank and that of the person that you are attempting to debrief. A certain
amount of respect is warrented here.", Blaine corrected his subordinate. He
then turned to Boulay saying, "Captain, I am sorry for the way that the
question was asked, as it was not approperiate. Could you please elaborate on
the contact you had with Col. Justinian, the Planetary Defence Force officer
in charge of the facility that you were in recovering from injuries suffered
in the field."
