It took the group about 10 minutes to reach the section of the ship that had been reserved for the Council members. "You will find that the replicators have been programmed to offer some selection from your native worlds in the hopes that you will find something you enjoy to eat. It is well known that few other species enjoy Klingon cuisine."
"Thank you, Captain.", replied Commander Na'Tral. She was all too happy that she would not have to rely upon Klingon cuisine for this trip.
Klothos nodded in response. A part of him despised the weakness expressed by the Andorian. He was surprised that a person from a battle hardened race would be so relieved over a different selection of food. At the same time, she was just a diplomat.
"If there is nothing else, I will leave you to your arrangements. If there is anything you need, you are more than welcome to contact me. You will find the conference room through those double doors. The single doors surrounding it are quarters that have been arranged for you."
Since the diplomatic team did not need anything else, Klothos departed for the Bridge.
(Anyone wanna check out their quarters? They are similar to TOS Enterprise quarters)
