>"Let's go get you settled...someone very important is waiting to see you
>both." He grabbed a Yeoman from the hallway, "Lieutenant. Take these good
>young people's bags for them. They're on vacation. Shall we?"
>
>They walked to Sickbay, "Dr Brennan, your visitors are here."

Jayden was off like a warp engine again, this time to peer through a
observation wall at an alien undergoing some procedure.

Ceran, however, looked at Dr. Brennan. "I've seen you before," she said to
him.

Matt nodded. "Your mother and I are old friends," he told her as he opacified the
window into the treatment room. "I'm sorry, Ceran," he apologized, "but we have to
respect others' privacy." He addressed them both. "I brought you here because I'm
concerned for your safety," he told them, prefering honesty to lying to
children. "There has been a major change in the governemnt on Pacifica and until
the dust settles, I think it best that you're watched over closely. Toward that
end, I"m cancelling all my appointments, and the three of us are going to get to
know each other better."
