"Whichever is most convenient to the Council members," the Venasian woman replied, "If they wish to transport, here are the coordinates." She sent over the numbers. "If they wish to arrive via shuttle, the landing pad is located on the southwest corner of the compound. The staff has been instructed to expect their arrival." She sent over a docking bay number and access code. "Your docking bay will be bay 4, terminal 2, at the main hanger bay. The bay will only be accessible by you, via this secure code. Accomodations have also been arranged for you at the compound if you wish."
"Docking facilities would be greatly appreciated," replied Klothos. "Would you prefer the Council members shuttle down or will you be providing us with transporter coordinates?"
