David spoke to several more patients, all of which told similar stories. It was not Starfleet that was being brutal here, although there may still be some cases of that, but it was the planetary defence forces that were the main problem. The rebels were not exactly being kind either, and that could nto be ignored. However, the MAGs were using Starfleet as a scapegoat. Worse was that it seemed as if there was someone in Starfleet that was helping them do it. What was left...
