Lorin was thinking...Spacedock is in critical condition. Everything was locked down including a bunch of ships, that if an attack took them all would devastate the fleet.
"Commander K'Tael-any possibility we can run some crews through some of the ships in dock and declare them safe so we can unmoor them and get them a safe distance away from Spacedock?"
