"Damn," she cursed. "I'm not as concerrned about the smallerrr ships, but
we need those starrrships out of therrre. Starrrfleet - the Federrration -
cannot afforrrd to lose those crrrews orrr those ships. Who gave the
lockdown orrrderr?" she asked.
(resp? - I can't remember, sorry. I have the cold from hell and thinking
is beyond my capabilities just now.)

"Not exactly sure, but from what I've been able to piece together it came from
engineering. Apparently main power was lost. That would cause a drain on the fusion
reactors that would lead to over loads. They are shutting down all non-essential
systems including artificial gravity, long range sensors, the works. They may just
not be able to with the lock down, but then again... Granted that is mostly my
assumption from sketchy reports, but it fits the bill. ", the Captain answered.
