T'Kresh turned her attention to the Venasian Secretary once order was once
again reached. "Secretary V'nquera, I would like to thank the both of you
for taking time from what are probably very busy schedules to meet with us
at such short notice. I know that we have discussed everything we had hoped
to talk about. Was there anything you wanted to bring before the Council
before you go?"

"No, thank you Madam Ambassador. I assure you that all your concerns will
be addressed to my superiors."

T'Kresh nodded. "Thank you once again for meeting with us. We look forward
to hearing what your government decides."

V'nquera tilted his head in acknowledgement, rising. Next to him, R'saran was a far taller, more imposing figure, but somehow it was V'nquera who came across as far more irritating. "Of course, Madam Ambassador. Feel free to utilize this room for as long as you need; our aides will escort you out when you are finished." (ooc: assuming we're meeting at the Venasian compound again.)

After walking out of the room, R'saran said, [The Lapizine is not likely to hold water for long. We must act quickly.]

[Agreed,] V'nquera replied, [Although that is not our area of concern. I report only what I have been told; General A'amon and his staff will handle exposure of the Lapizine.]

[General A'amon has already started planting 'leaks' of the evidence, and our people are starting to stir with some anger. This will play into his favor when he makes his official announcement; create more support for the war.]

[It is about time. I have the feeling you don't particularly embrace the idea of coming to a peace agreement with the Council.]

[It is not my place to judge our government's policy. My feelings and actions are personal,] said the tall, unnatural Venasian woman.
