While Admiral t'Llhweiir was reading over the reports on the Brotherhood, one of her
aides chimed for permission to enter.

The young, confident lieutenant commander entered. "Admiral t'Llhweiir, I have a
report from the section chiefs.", he said as he approached, PADD in hand.

As he handed the long version of the report over, he summarized it's contents.
"Preliminary analysis indicates that the major powers outside of the Federation are
not responsible for todays incidents. Naturally, everyone will keep digging to be
more certain. The section commanders also say that it will take several hours for the
information to get out, and reactions to be noticed."
