(OOC: To kind of move things along, I am going to post Shevab's arrival to the meeting.  I hoping to hear from Charles so that he can participate in this meeting.  If he doesn't post responses by tomorrow, I will jump in and sub for him until we hear that he is back.)

>K'Tael devided now was the best time for him to speak.  "Sir, considering
>that the explosive was created using basic parts that are easily obtainable
>and was planted in an area that has generally required a lower level of
>security, the only way that I can think of preventing another such attack is
>to increase security on all areas of the station.  We could make all working
>areas on the station non-public accessible areas.  The primary problem is
>that this station is a port of call, a diplomatic center, the base of
>Starfleet command, and a travel hub."

>Commander Dais decided it was time to put in his own opinion.  "Admiral, this is still >a Federation outpost.  We can only lock things down so much.  We are not the >Cardassians or the Romulans."

"I absolutely agree...well let's come up with a list of areas that we want access shut down on. We could also route all non-diplomatic traffic via Mars Station for Security checks before they come here? Any thoughts on this?"

Just then, the doors to the conference room parted to allow admittance to the new Chief Engineer.  The Horta slithered his way over to the table where a chair had been removed to allow him access.

(Any responses to the arrival or Renaud's question?)
