"Yes,  sir," replied the assistant.  "From what I have been told, the records were not 
damaged as a result of the explosion itself.  The loss of power to the station also 
should not have had an effect.  Considering that some of the members of the 
Brotherhood were members of Starfleet, it is possible that someone on the station 
might have 'damaged' the files."
