"Gentlemen....we are not trying to shift or assign blame...we are just
presenting the facts that were requested. Commander Shevab will continue the
discussion about  design and Engineering-specific issues but if there are as
many of these parts around the station as he states than an immediate
upgrade installation order is in order to identify and replace them."
