able to navigate out of Starbay with no difficulty. I will apologize to the
Captain and make sure we are better prepared for future events in
Engineering."

of Starfleet's ships. I take all incidents of command interference very seriously.
The fact that the Explorer was able to leave dock undamaged is hardly the point. The
ends do not justify the means, and I will not just sit back and allow the commands of
my starships interfered with. If need be I will take this to Admiral Lasiter."
