The name of the colony was not well known, but for those who had heard of it, it was known for the brutal regime of Janon Kulyakin, who was really only a puppet for his prime minister, Garstanin. The Federation only learned about what was going on when a small ship of refugees managed to escape. Starfleet had found "re-education" camps and mass graves when they arrived. Katya, however, moved on without skipping a beat. "St. Petersburg has always been my home. Jewel of Russia, pride of the Motherland."
