"I will make sure to do so, sir," replied the Commander. "Thank you for the suggestions. I am sure that the Klingons and the Caitians will both have information that will prove to be invaluable when dealing with the felinids." "I wish you could have had an easierrr firrrst few days, but the gods had otherrr plans, I'm afrrraid. Good luck." She offered her hand to Daphne. Daphne accepted the hand with a bit of surprise. She would not have expected a Caitian to be so familiar with human customs, but Kitanya seemed to quite willing to work within them. "Thank you, sir. Considering everything that has been happening recently, I would not have expected an easy time of adjustment. I am just glad to be here to help with the situation.

Daphne picked up a PADD to use to take notes after watching the Admiral depart before heading out on her own assignment. It did not take long for her to reach the Brig Observation Room. She enterred and quickly looked around before making her way over to the closest person on duty. (reaction?)
"I am Commander Daphne Ares. I was hoping to spend some time observing our new felinid tenents, if I could."
