Sir, I would agree but if only Mr Knucklebiter had earned an advancement rather than just to settle a minor point of protocal. There are many Senior officer meetings where aides are also in attendance. Why is this station suddenly an excepttance?

The Horta was definitely focused on what he wanted to be. He seemed to have trouble giving way, even a little. Compromise was not going to be easy.
