The room was subdued, but elegent with cool colors being predominant. It was surprisingly bright in the room even though the color scheme would lend someone to think it would be dark. There was a thick sky blue carpet that made one think of moss or kelp. The furniture almost seemed to be made of coral and had sand colored pillows to add to the comfort of those sitting in them, and the walls were painted in a way to make one feel as if he or she was under water.
Across the room a thin woman stood. She too fit with the color scheme. He long here was a light green and fell loosely over her shoulders Her skin was a pale blue and her eyes lavender. She wore a lavender dress that was like those worn by noble women of the old Roman Empire on Earth. The ropes that held the dress in a form fitting way were a golden yellow. Her face quickly formed a smile that almost seemed to make her face glow with warmth and friendship.
"Admiral Bedru, welcome. I am Plantoc Ra'aj el TKresh, and I am so pleased to meet you. Please come in a take a seat," said the Diplomatic Council Chair as she let the woman to the sitting area off to the side of the office. "Could I get you something to eat or drink?"
