entered ops, and approached.
It was Captain Carpenter, the R&D Chief of Staff.
"Admiral Renaud, may I have a few moments of your time?", he asked politely.

"Sir, the Federation Council Starfleet Oversight Committee wishes to have you come
before them to answer some questions about current Research and Development iniatives.
They have requested your presense to give sworn testimony in the morning.", Carpenter
said plainly.
