This, in Ael's opinion, lowered the CArdassian considerably - difficult to do, since as a Cardassian, Ael had little to no respect for her anyway. Especially considering that she considered the woman to be an imposter in her position. Dulath should have been in her chair, and the fact that he wasn't cast an even further suspicion over all of Cardassia.
