{Sirs. this was already discussed before, at the staff
meeting. As far as trace analsys goes the explosives
were made from easily assembled compounds found on
station, triggered by a electrical accumilator device.
It was of such low technical level it was virtually
undetectable by our systems.}}

the hoverboard moved a bit to reorienthimself...

{The cascade failure was caused by the severe drain on
systems in reaction to the explosion. The strain
caused several dozen conduits which were of minimum
acceptence levels to fail, causing the cascade of the
fusion reactors All instock conduits and installled
conduits are being checked and replaced with higher
standard ones to prevent this again.}

:Standard proceedure during any emergency or code
yellow or higher is lockdown and shutdown of all
systems non nessesary,, which includes Spacedock
doors. That is regulation , as is the regulation that
Dorrs can only be opened once conditions are stood
down from yellow alert.}

{When I took over this station several days ago,, the
efficiency rating was an appalling 92.8259%,, and even
with the explosion and damage we have broken over 95%}

"So progress is being made. When will the refit be complete?", he asked.

  {response}

"Good. I am sure that you will keep Admiral Renaud updated on your progress, and he
will take care of keeping me up to date. Now, if you will indulge an old man for a
moment, please remind me your reasons for locking all of the starships that were in
port in the docking area? Who gave the orders for that, and why did it take so long
for the my orders to open the doors and get the ships out to be carried out?", Lasiter
said switching topics.
