"This is Lieutenant Holt calling from Io. I have some important news
to
report about the missing scientists in Io. I think Admiral Renaud is going to want to hear about this right away." The face of Audra Firehawk quickly filled the screen. She recognized the face of K'Tael's assistant. She wondered what the other woman would be calling about. There must have been some sort of break through in the investigation into the disappearances of the scientists out near Jupiter. "He is in a meeting right now, Lieutenant. Is there anything I might be able to help you with?" "I am not sure how up to date you are on our assignment, but I believe that we have solved the mystery of where the scientists went. The dark spot was converted into some sort of transporter that is biologically based." Audra was definitley surprised by the response. It was definitely not the first choice for a conclusion in the investigation. "Have you seen the mechanism in action?" "We have confirmation of the fact when a Peregrine-class shuttle flew by us with phasers firing. The shuttle activated the transporter device and disappeared." With hearing this, Audra knew that the Admiral was going to want to speak with Lt. Holt right away. "If you hold one moment, I will see if I the Admiral is available." (Aravis?)
"Firewhawk to Admiral Renaud."

"Sir, I have the team that was sent to Io reporting in. It might be
possible that they have an answer to the missing scientists. They may also
have an answer into the missing shuttle that attacked Commander K'Tael's ship on
Mars."
