"Don't move. I'll be there in a second." David left the comm channel where he could answer from anywhere in the ship. He unstrapped himself and climbed out of his seat-as he walked he almost tripped-he had apparently tweaked his anke too. He went over to Wilson and checked on h[er]-it appeared that the arm of the seat had partially broken and slammed itself into Wilson's forearm. David's head wound bled on Wilson as he looked at the situation. Wilson was in a bad position to remove it h[er]self. David grabbed the piece of the chair's arm and pulled back as hard as he could when it finally gave way and freed Wilson's arm, "There you go. We'll splint you in a moment. Find the First-Aid kit." Wilson bit back the outcry of pain when her arm was freed. "Thanks," she said. She gingerly pulled herself from the tangled reminds of her seat. He had to take charge.
