"Who was the sculptor and when was the work completed?" Jaime asked.
"This was done by Palor Nym. It's title would translate to something like 'Spirit of the People'. Master Palor completed the work shortly after the end of the Dominion War. That was about the time when are people were really starting to recover from the brutality we, our culture, and our planet had faced."Jaime nodded her head in understanding. She drew closer to the sculpture and took in the lines of the piece. "Would you say that Federation intervention has had any effect on Bajoran art?"
The Bajoran could not help but respond with a smile. "I would say that it would be harder to prove that the Federation intervention didn't have an effect. With the arrival of Starfleet on Deep Space 9, our culture was exposed to another culture. This one was made up of the influences of a number of different worlds. Just by seeing and interacting with these people the world view of Bajorans changed. As a result, art would also be effected."
"Do you have any examples of works produced recently?" Jaime asked.
