Back at M'Rrenn's office, fresh from her meeting with Lasiter, she found something
that M'Rrenn had been working on. It was a list of potiential replacements as Chief
of Staff. He was preparing to be reassigned to a field assignment, and had started
looking for a replacement for his boss. The list was short, just 4 names. The most
striking of names was a certain Captain. His current assignment was at the Starfleet
War and Command College, right in San Francisco.

Vice Admiral S'Tax, Commanding Officer 5th Federation Starfleet
Rear Admiral Morgan Vitrell, Deputy Commander Fleet Operations
