Samuel Lasiter, attempting to do work in his office came across some notes
about an undercover operation that he had wanted to put together. He read the
notes 3 times. As he thought about the contents of his notes, he looked out
over the city of San Francisco. The city was beautiful, and it seemed to help
him think.
He had decided.
"Admiral Lasiter to Dr. Brennan. May I beg a few moments of your time?"
