(ooc: time?)

(ooc2:  I would guess it would be around 1100hours ... Chris?)
(OOC:  I found my notes.  The cell leader's name is Richard.  I made the change below.  Maybe the back thing was good ... It made me sit down and sort through my desk!)

t'Llhweiir nodded and left Smallwood's office.  She returned to her own and
quickly ordered a team to the San Francisco site belonging to Richard Bates.
She instructed them to determine whether the Pride of Humanity was docked.  She
would need a warrant before doing more.

In the meantime, she put the process of getting that warrant into motion.  She
contacted Star Fleet Communications to beginning monitoring traffic for anyone
who had any knowledge about the planned relocation of the prisoner.

While waiting for results from these matters, she switched to chief of staff
mode.  She had discovered a file that M'Rrenn had been working on before his
death.  It was a list of potiential replacements as Chief of Staff.  He had
been preparing to be reassigned to a field assignment, and had started looking
for a replacement for his boss.  The list was short, just 4 names.  The most
striking of names was a certain Captain.  His current assignment was at the
Starfleet War and Command College, right in San Francisco.

The list:

Major General Horace Millner, Commanding Officer 182nd Force Recon Division

Vice Admiral S'Tax, Commanding Officer 5th Federation Starfleet

Rear Admiral Morgan Vitrell, Deputy Commander Fleet Operations

Captain Vacili Moscov, Senior Instructor Starfleet War and Command College.

"Computer, display record for Captain Vacili Moscov." she said.

It did not take the Intell team to report back.  In fact, it only took as long as the trip over to the docking facility to get its initial report prepared because the Pride of Humanity was not currently in dock.  The team leader had taken the extra step to check into its fligh plan which was a public record filed with the FASA, and the plan indicated that the shuttle was on a pleasure cruise through the Solar System.

(OOC:  As for the warrent, what specifically were you getting a warrent to do?  The JAG office will likely approve, but I want to address it in the awarding of it.  Also, there has nothing yet come up through the Comms.)
